Louise is a great instructor and I have found out that she has many loyal clients who have been with her for more than 10 years. The reason for this is Louise's background and passion for Pilates.
She has a background from Ballet at the highest level and attended Royal Ballet in London, before dancing in Europe. She has an incredible knowledge of body and movement and Pilates. Combined with her friendly help and attention to detail means I have no hesitation in recommending Pilates Plus. Thank you Louise.
